Returns on full priced items, from within the UK are free. Please send the parcel to us using Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. Initially you will have to cover the costs of the return postage but once we receive the parcel, we will reimburse you for the return postage cost. Please keep your certificate of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately Sale items are not included in our Free Returns Policy and the cost of returning a Sale Item will not be reimbursed.


Products ordered in November and December can be returned up until 31st January 2015.


If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the product(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns procedure below.

You must email to notify us that you want to return the item(s), quoting your name, order reference number, the item(s) you wish to return (if you only wish to return part of an order) and the reason for the return. We will then respond by email to acknowledge your return request. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with any swing tickets still attached. Baby Bebe Boutique will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or damaged.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days from receipt of the item(s).


If you need to exchange a product, please return your order and we will refund you as soon as possible. Then simply order the new product through our website.


In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will refund your postage in full on any faulty goods returned and will not charge postage for a subsequent replacement.
